Hong Kong exhibition venues have extremely stringent safety requirements. Aplus Exhibition partners with Authorized Persons (AP) to provide clients with a one-stop permit application service. We ensure that all custom booth materials are fire-certified and take care of preparing all technical drawings for approval by the Fire Services Department and venue management.
From RPE structural safety certifications to FS251 certificate processing, we handle all the tedious and complex paperwork for you — ensuring your booth passes inspections with ease and meets every setup deadline.

⚠ Key Compliance Requirements:
- Booth height > 2.5m or suspended structures: Must be certified by an Authorized Person (AP) or Registered Structural Engineer with a valid RPE Structural Safety Certificate.
- All electrical installations must be accompanied by a completed Work Completion Certificate (Form WR1) issued by a Registered Electrical Contractor.
